BEFORE STAGING
This kitchen had outdated wallpaper & lighting fixtures, damaged flooring, cluttered counter tops & needed a good cleaning.
AFTER STAGING
New flooring & lighting fixture, wallpaper removed & fresh paint (including dark trim) & counters cleared off- Bright & clean!
BEFORE STAGING
This dining room had shiny floral wallpaper, stained carpeting & a dated brass lighting fixture. It was used for storage & had piles of clutter. Note the dark woodwork on the doorway, which adds to the dated look of the home.
AFTER STAGING
By installing new carpeting & a lighting fixture, removing the wallpaper, adding a coat fresh paint (including the dark trim around doorway) & setting it up as a formal dining room, the owners transformed this space into an inviting & pleasant room.

This family room had stained carpeting & was full of older furniture & clutter. There was also some ceiling & wall damage.
AFTER STAGING
New lighter carpeting & ceiling/wall repaired. Only the nicest furniture was left, making the room feel more open & appealing.
